1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Malbelle, we offer FREE Standard delivery to any address within our supported regions. However, please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, naval ports, or Jurong Island.

We strive to deliver to most countries where our logistics partners operate. While we aim to keep our rates competitive, our priority is ensuring your items arrive quickly and safely. For a list of countries we deliver to and applicable charges, you can select your item and proceed to the checkout page. Delivery charges are calculated based on weight and volume. Simply enter your delivery details to view the charges without needing to make a payment or register.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary due to factors such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, and order preparation. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is received.

Standard Courier – FREE for all local orders, with delivery within approximately 5 working days from the order date.

Express Courier – Available for an additional $4.00, with delivery within approximately 3 working days from the order date.

You can choose delivery timings between 9 AM and 10 PM on weekdays or Saturdays, regardless of the courier type. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order with our logistics partner. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, as re-delivery may incur additional charges. Providing your contact number during checkout will help the courier contact you if needed.

For international deliveries, delivery times depend on our logistics partners and their affiliates. Rest assured, your order is on its way, and you can track its status here.

3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

For international orders, customers are responsible for paying any import taxes, duties, and tariffs as required by their country’s laws to clear customs.
