Return & Exchange Policy
At Makdrefy, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not, our return and exchange policy makes it easy to resolve your concerns.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
- You can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
Items NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimate wear (lingerie, undergarments, etc.)
- Beauty, cosmetic, or skincare products (if opened or used)
- Customized or personalized products
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance
Return Process
1. Request a Return
- Log in to your account on makdrefy.com, go to “My Orders”, and click “Request Return” for the specific item.
- Alternatively, email us at support@makdrefy.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Prepare the Item
- Place the item in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- We’ll arrange a courier pick-up (if applicable), or you can drop it off at our designated return location.
3. Quality Check
- Once we receive your item, it will undergo a quality inspection.
- If approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange as per your request.
Exchange Process
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style:
- Submit an exchange request via the return portal or email.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit instead.
Refunds
- Online Payments: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be provided as store credit or via bank transfer, depending on your preference.
- Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
